This machine is used for shearing of steel plates with thickness of 0.5-6mm and width of 3200mm.

The strength of the plates to be shorn should be 450N/mm²,If the plates of other strength are to be shorn,the thickness of them should be adjusted.

This machine is of welded steel structure,hydraulic driving.The return stroke is completed by nitrogen return cylinder .The machine is of good steadiness and safety while in use .And it does not occupy  much space and is of low weight and good rigidity .The blade clearance can be adjusted quickly and simply .It has front and back gauge.The back gauge adopts mechanical driving and equipped with counter display .And it can be adjusted slightly with hands .It can be adjusted easily and reliably .The front gauge is counted with scale and positioned by block.The stroke of upper blade beam can be adjusted freely,which improves the efficiency when cutting narrow plates.The machine is equipped with reliable protection barrier to ensure safety.
